Develop & execute business development strategy of assigned Engine Conditioning product groups Manage PDP with suppliers to assure a benchmark Time-to-Market product introduction Monitor the new vehicles/engines introduced into the various, relevant markets Manage the assigned product groups to fulfill the given coverage and profitability targets Regularly monitor product portfolio performance and select phase-in and phase-out items Develop product specifications to fulfil the customer and market requirements Support Quality during PPAP process for product approval and release Perform competitor benchmarks and analysis Regularly verify prodict portfolio cross references Manage Material Master Data in relevant ERP systems and ensure necessary data quality

Your Skills & Strengths

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or equal Product Management experience Experience within Automotive Industry (Independent Aftermarket preferred) Experience in Engine Cooling Good understanding of IT Tools (SAP, Excel, Powerpoint, Databases) Fluent in English, for both writing and speaking Team Player Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Willingness to travel High level of analytical ability
