Your role:

Working together with project team and global SCM team,responsible for SCM NPI from global to local. Conduct feasibility studies on methods and equipment to meetproduct specification or customer requirements Coordinating with PLM projectteams regarding feasibility in production, ensure that all relevant know-howhas been transferred to SCM. Set up and maintain validation and verification of productionprocesses, including creating of working and testing instruction for SCMclosely. communication with suppliers and give early alert of materialsshortage or quality problems in case any unexpected situations happen tosuppliers. Responsible for maintaining up-to-date information into improveprocess quality in production with the goal to recognize and then eliminatedisturbances to optimize and maintain existing production process. Closely communication with R&D department for phase outmaterials planning to reduce excess materials. Planning of incoming inspection, assembly, testing and packingequipment. Maintaining up-to-date information on planning documents(schedules, milestone plans) to ensure the transparency of SCM parts progresson project. Technical support for service, incoming inspection, assemblytesting and packing during the product life cycle time. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Your expertise:

At least 5 years’ experience with Process Engineering. Fluent English skill on writing and speaking. Bachelor’s degree and above for engineer with mechanical,electronical, or mechatronic education.
