Finance Analyst, FP&A

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for data integration and processing, generation of accurate financial reports, and analysis and interpretation of financial data; support annual budget planning preparation, consolidation as well as uploading to system; keep developing and optimizing template and processes to improve work efficiency and accuracy. Actively interact with counter parties to timely acquire important information and cooperate with teams to push the improvement of processes; complete other work assigned by leaders.

Major Responsibilities

Financial Reports preparation and analysis

•Responsible for timely preparation and upload of daily report to the joint venture

• Responsible for data integration and processing, generation of accurate financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) and analysis and interpretation of financial data

•Understand the differences between PRC GAAP and US GAAP; validate and ensure the accuracy of financial data

•Support annual budget planning and the following budget upload to both Chinese shareholder and US shareholder

• Support monthly forecast and quarterly estimate as well as variance analysis

Process optimization and efficiency improvement

•Keep developing and optimizing template and processes to improve work efficiency and accuracy

Other work assigned by leaders.

•Support other tasks assigned by leaders.

Qualifications

•2+ years Finance experience with progression.

•Strong desire to learn and advance

•Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and create approaches to meet required objectives.

•Excellent analytical abilities are required, including advanced Excel skills; SAP is a plus.

•Work proactively and have a strong sense of responsibility

• Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit; demonstrate abilities to work cross teams.

Education

•Bachelor or above degree in business/accounting/finance or related field.

•Accounting Background preferred
