Summary

【岗位职责】

1、协助厨师长，建立完善并且维护管辖厨房（饼房）的营运手册，部门营运手册应当反映出酒店政策和程序以及工作过程和标准。确保每年进行回顾，反映出改变。

2、协助厨师长，负责准备管辖厨房（饼房）开业筹备计划，确保部门目标充分体现酒店目标并满足员工需要。

3、为客人提供新鲜食物，即使是最后一分钟准备，也要坚持保证食物的高品质，充分体现餐厅风格及经营理念。

4、协助厨师长，确保烹饪配方、转换烹饪配方、收益表和生产说明的准确维护。

5、严格遵守与执行酒店食品安全管理体系的要求，日常操作符合酒店以及当地政府的要求。

【岗位要求】

1、6年以上工作经验，2年以上副厨师长工作经验，具有大型国际高端酒店筹备经验为佳

2、最好拥有食品制作领域的经历或专业学历

3、必须具有良好的实践经验、经营和管理能力以及创新天分
