Job Description

1. Business Strategy and Leadership:

Develop and execute the business strategy for premium consulting services, aligned with the ETAS China overall objectives. Drive the growth and profitability of the premium consulting business, taking ownership of the business's P&L. Lead a start-up team of senior experts and consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of excellence. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as solution field teams and key account managers, to align strategies and drive business synergies.

2. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain relationships with top-level executives in COEMs, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader in SDV technology. Conduct high-level management workshops with COEMs to jointly explore their SDV strategies, identify opportunities for collaboration, and shape their investment strategies.

3. Premium Consulting Services:

Provide expert guidance on trends, concept design, and architecture of advanced SDV technology, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services. Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs, develop tailored solutions, and address challenges in their SDV journey. Take responsibility for project management and SW engineering implementation, ensuring successful execution and delivering desired results.

4. Market Analysis and Business Development:

Stay updated on the evolving SDV technology landscape, market trends, and competitive intelligence. Identify opportunities for upselling ETAS products and services to COEMs, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth. Contribute to new product ideation by providing market insights, customer feedback, and identifying gaps in the existing product portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor/ Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in the automotive industry, with a strong focus on SDV technology, consulting, and engineering services.

Proven track record of successfully leading and growing consulting businesses, preferably in the automotive sector.

Deep understanding of SDV technology trends, concept design, and architecture, with the ability to provide strategic guidance.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence top-level executives.

Strong business acumen, with experience in developing business strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing P&L.

Project management expertise, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Analytical mindset and the ability to analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities, and drive business development efforts.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.

Willingness to work on-site at client as required.
