Mission:
·Propose and develop the strategies ofassigned product line(s) in order to achieve the sales and margin objectives inResponsible product(s) according to our strategic plans.
Responsibilities:
·Ensure successful product launches inresponsible product(s) with solid business case.
·Continuous market research andcompetition analysis on the foreseen and planned activities and delivering correspondingfeedback to Sales/MKT, define and replace the strategy according to survey andmarketing analysis data.
·Reports processes to the respectivedepartments and handles the data update together with business line.
·Formalizethe respective Marketing and business plans, supports Marketing and SalesMeetings.
·Collect customer voice to gain thedemands and requirements from customers and markets.
·Rollout local solutions cross productlines or 3rd party sourcing to better address market demands.
·Pricing and promotion policy planrollout and management to drive increase of installations in profitable manner.
·Hold training needed to internalteams such as sales, pre-sales, local marketing to deliver the features andbenefits of responsible products or solutions.
·Able to support local key tenderprogram to establish reference sites.
·Working with our sales colleagues toupdate the tools, marketing policy and sales target using our existing data.
·Ensure smooth connection withheadquarter to update the market trend and market demands.
·Develop key opinion leaders andcollaborate with KOLs to generate more proofpoints for responsible products or solutions.
·Able to lead cross-functionalprojects in a smart way.
·Ensure together with RA/QS andaccording to ISO rules the withdrawals of products and the complaint handling.
·Other projects or tasks assigned bysupervisor or company.
Requirements:
·At least 8 years’ experience inmarketing/sales/local marketing/service within diagnostic industry, multipleexperience is preferred, experience with medical instrument and workflowconsulting is preferred.
·Fast learner and able to catch upwith new things.
·Strategic thinking mindset as a goodplanner.
·Adequate knowledge about diagnosticsproducts and its major features, applications and advantages. ·Adequate marketing experienceand proven success record.
·The ability to use differentcommunication methods both remotely and face to face.
·Effective communication skills bothwritten and verbal and good teamwork.
·Fluent in English both in written andverbally.
·Is highly computer literate with goodexperience in using Microsoft Office applications in particular expertknowledge of Excel.
·A broad based knowledge of theproducts within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry.
·Good planning and organizationskills.
·Negotiation skills.
·Bachelor degree at least, preferredin Medical or natural sciences.
