Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

The role is responsible for both Payroll Accounting and Cash CoE Operations.

Payroll Accounting:is responsible for APAC Payroll Accounting Activities like reconciliations, Accruals(Payroll, Vacation/Holiday, Bonus, GPP, Field Force, etc.), adjustment/reclass, reporting and analytics etc.

Cash CoE: is responsible for daily operation for SAP clearing process of resolved bank transactions such as Vendor payments, T&E, Customer collections, Funding transactions, and Manual Journal entries posting for Payroll, Bank Charges, Taxes, and Local Payments etc. The scope includes APAC, AfME, CEER, LATAM region.

The role will also play key role in internal and external global project for process improvement, for both Payroll Accounting and Cash CoE.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Cash:

Daily clearing process for resolved bank transactions such as Vendor payments, T&E, Customer collections, Funding transactions, Manual Journal entry posting Payroll, Bank Charges, Taxes, and Local Payments etc

Payroll Accounting:

Accrual MJEs (Payroll, Vacation/Holiday, Bonus, GPP, Field Force, etc.), adjustment/reclass

Reporting and analytics etc.

Payroll Reconciliations

Both Cash and Payroll Accounting

Ensure operations fully adhere to internal and external compliance requirements Drive/participate process continuous improvement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Strong English Communication and accounting knowledge A proven track record in delivering results Stress management especially during difficulty times or ambiguity situation Influence others with the power of persuasion Proficient with Microsoft office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint 3+ years of related financial experience Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, or other related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

SAP experience is preferred Accounting certification is preferred
Work Location Assignment: On Premise
