Job Description:

In charge of TJN RC CAN line maintenance, support Dry/C&T packing lines maintenance as well. Maintain process and equipment to work well, support or lead project if need.

What are we looking for?

Major: mechatronics, mechanical automation, and process control or similar professional. Bachelor or above. Maintenance work experience in the food company or FMCG will be considered preferentially Be familiar with general factory maintenance skills, such as automatic packing line, packing machine, filler, retort, meat handling, drive and transmission, conveyor belt, steam system, compressed air system, etc

What will be your key responsibilities?

PM system and Spare part plan of CAN line: can communicate with global and China local suppliers, make PM system and right spare parts plan. 能够和国内外供应商交流，制定预防性维修系统，指定合适的备件计划。 Provide professional maintenance support on the production line. Lead technician or operator to carry out breakdown analysis make preventive plan based on root cause. 对生产线设备或系统的故障排除提供专业支持。领导技术员或操作人员进行停机分析并根据根本原因制定预防性方案。 Maintenance Troubleshooting for CAN line and packing lines. Key equipment includes: meat handling, powder handling, liquid system, filler, loader, un-loader, retort, X-ray, packing machines, palletizer, belt conveyor, bucket conveyor, steam system. 负责罐头线和其他包装线的日常维修故障处理。主要负责维修的生产线关键设备包括肉处理设备，粉料处理系统，液体处理系统，灌装机，全自动上屉卸屉系统，杀菌釜，X光机，多台立式卧式包装机，自动码拍系统，输送系统，蒸汽系统等。 Ensure maintenance KPI target achieved, such as TRS,MTBF, PM closing rate, maintenance expense, etc.确保维修KPI达标，比如TRS, 平均停机时间、PM关闭率、维修花费等。
