Job Responsibility 岗位职责:

Administration management for FBR TJN

Documentation management, keeping the legal documents in order and updated for renewal e.g. Business license, Organization certificate for entity, bank account certificate Company car as well as the driver team management, according to company car policy and driver general principles, make improvements if needed. FBR TJN site lease agreement and negotiation as main contact person and representative Office common facility Suppliers management, maintenance, and renovation call maintenance services from office common supplier to improve performance. Office security including fire protection, emergency plan, and contact with the management office Co-ordination with admin of other service centers, such as cleaning, shuttle bus, grass, guard, canteen contract, etc. follow up and monthly payment Taxi, hotel, air tickets booking, canteen payment Common costs management, monthly checking, and annually analysis, Organizing, corresponding, and planning for company activities Location communication in the company internally, normal connections with government departments, and annual report according to GOV. calendar

Management support

Business Support and event assistance in a proper way Administrative support to SER FBR TJN management for coordination within the team and Valmet outside China Management team space quality assurance and usage improvement; Valmet TJN Location meeting and other activities if needed TJN company activities designing and arrangement for healthy company culture building Working together with HSE and HR for the pandemic prevention and control Other tasks assigned by FBR TJN GM D river management

 Assistant for FBR TJN GM

Taking care of travel, accommodation, meeting agreements, etc. Routine management report preparation O-Chart updating regularly in the assigned global database Support daily work for the General Manager on business reporting, meeting minutes, action/ to-do follow up Planning and organizing FBR TJN team (incl. sub-level) on activities or team building Publish FBR TJN’s important activity article and information updates on company Flow Communications internally in services, areas, departments, and legal entities; Company big projects communication organization Government related issues coordination;

Play role as bridge between company and local government

Other tasks related functions assigned by management.

Job Requirement 岗位要求:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above
