Contrôler les chiffres, reports et documents pour vérifier l'exactitude de la saisie, des calculs et des codes. Organiser, assurer la sécurité et gérer l'ensemble des livres de comptes, des dossiers, de la trésorerie et équivalents de trésorerie dans le respect des politiques et procédures. Enregistrer, stocker, avoir accès à et/ou analyser des informations financières informatisées. Tenir à jour des feuilles de calcul informatisées exactes pour les données financières et comptables. Classer, coder et synthétiser des données chiffrées et financières afin de compiler et de conserver des données financières dans des journaux, grands livres et/ou sur ordinateur. Préparer, tenir à jour et diffuser des tableaux et rapports statistiques, financiers, comptables, d'audit ou de paie. Mener à bien les procédures et préparer les rapports de fin d'exercice selon les instructions. Préparer, vérifier, rapprocher et éditer les notes, factures et extraits de compte en fonction des procédures de la compagnie. Respecter l'ensemble des politiques et procédures de la chaîne ; s'assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel ; protéger tous les biens de la compagnie ; protéger la vie privée et la sécurité des clients et des collaborateurs. Répondre aux besoins des clients de manière professionnelle, positive et rapide. Utiliser un langage clair et professionnel lors de toute communication ; préparer et relire des documents rédigés de façon précise et exhaustive ; répondre au téléphone et aux e-mails en employant un langage approprié. Déplacer, soulever, porter, tirer et placer des charges pesant 4,5 kilos maximum de façon autonome. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs ; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
