How You’ll Make an Impact

Digitalization（70%）：·在PTC DTO和LOE Manager的指导下规划公司数字化发展的蓝图和路线图·完善数字化项目需求、逻辑，推进数字化项目实施：需要外部供应商开发的项目要做好项目经理角色，识别要求、评价技术结果、管理项目进程、执行效果评价和升级维护；对于需要自我开发的项目要亲自进行必要的开发和编辑，构建数字化APP，并实现数据的互联互通·提升工厂数字化文化和能力建设：主持工厂的数字化自我开发（如APA、简道云、IoT…）的学习、支持指导其他成员的项目开发、交流、宣传·参与PTC或与总部的沟通和最佳实践分享，负责推进可借鉴项目的实施LEAN（30%）：·参与和支持公司战略管理，筹备战略会，跟踪战略项目实施·负责定期实施价值流（VSM）分析和精益成熟度LIP分析确定流程短板和改善点，制订改善计划。负责或支持基于上述分析所执行的Kaizen Workshop，充分利用精益知识和工具实施改善。侧重office流程·参与精益基层改善活动（lean dojo），负责KPIs的收集和展示，协助管理者分析差异原因、制订改善行动计划、展示最佳经验。参与工厂内、PTC或与总部的最佳实践分享。参与生产现场5S、EHS改善工作。指导团队安全生产改善工作；参与审核和推进改善·关注精益工具的培训和精益文化和推广·负责维护PUMA，跟踪和支持Cost out项目实施。负责office区域3i评定、整理、汇报

What You Bring

·本科及以上学历，专业为 “软件工程”、“信息管理与信息系统” 、 “智能制造”、“工业工程”、“精益及数字化”类为优·包括但不限于：- 2年以上制造型工厂（变压器制造优选）工作（数字化、精益、工艺）及数字化项目实施经验- 具备Function & Method中对digitalization的技能和水平的描述，符合“模块式算法和设计模式如Alteryx、Tableau、Mendix、PowerBI”、“网站后端开发和工具应用如、C#、JAVA、Python”、“网页前端开发和工具应用Vue、React或Angular、WPF”所包含的工具包中至少一项应用工作经历要求
