Job Responsibilities, 工作职责

Ensure the reliable operation of the power system and other public of the whole plant (Pingsha and Gaolan Port plants); Support the maintenance technician to deal with the fault repair on site and reduce the production loss as much as possible under the premise of ensuring safety.
确保全厂（平沙及高栏港工厂）电力系统及其它公用设施的可靠性运行；及时支援维修技术员处理现场故障维修，在确保安全的前提下，尽可能降低公司的停产损失。 Ensure the reliability of the complete equipment’s PLC system. Conduct daily maintenance on the PLC system of complete equipment and preventive maintenance.
对珠海工厂现场成套设备的PLC系统进行故障维修及系统维护，确保成套设备PLC系统可靠运行。
According to the relevant provisions of the state/company, formulate and implement the testing and maintenance of related electrical equipment. Make detailed maintenance plan for all electrical and other utilities. Develop and implement maintenance plans for the PLC system of complete equipment.
按国家/公司相关规定，制定执行相关电气设备的检测和保养。对工厂所有电气及其它公用设施制定详细的保养计划。 制定、执行成套设备PLC系统的保养计划。 To formulate, implement and supervise the electrical construction and use specifications of the factory.
制订工厂的电气施工、使用规范及执行、监督落实。
Spare parts inventory management. Ensure that the factory does not stop due to spare parts and update the safety stock of class I spare parts regularly and assist the warehouse to manage spare parts.
备件库存制定管理。确保工厂不因为备件原因导致停车,并定期更新一类备件的安全库存,协助仓库对备品备件的管理。
Create or regularly update SOP for all electrical equipment maintenance and be responsible for the corresponding training.
创建或定期更新所有电气设备维修的SOP, 并负责相应的培训工作。 Conduct daily training for maintenance technicians (including Cabot safety procedures and SOP for various equipment maintenance, to develop operational guidelines/standards.
对维修技师进行日常的培训(包括卡博特的安全程序和各种设备维修的SOP等)作业指引/标准制定。 Optimize maintenance process, achieve lean production, and assist the whole maintenance department to do 5S work.

Requirements, 要求

College degree or above, major in electrical and related.
大专以上学历，电气及相关专业。
At least 5 years experience in electrical equipment management in chemical plant ast 5 years electrical maintenance experience, working background in chemical industry.
5年或以上化工厂电气设备管理方面的经验 Familiar with electrical and other utility maintenance specifications.
熟悉电气及其它公用设施维护规范 。 Be able to use CAD software skillfully.
熟练使用CAD软件。 Have a deep understanding of electrical safety specifications.
对电气安全规范有深刻的理解。 。 Have high and low voltage electrician certificate.
有高、低压电工作业证。 Good at English reading and writing.
英语读写能力良好。 Good task coordination and execution.
