Overview of Responsibilities:
The position of this position carries an overriding responsibility to contribute to corporate sales efforts by building and nurturing highly effective territorial sales coverage which leads to profitable business levels in the given sales territory. Responsible for sales of all current and future products of the Strategic Business Segments of the company and have responsibility for an annual sales budget.

Key Job Elements: React accordingly to meet the changing sales and marketing needs of the organization Contribute to the growth of corporate profits Responsible for efficient and organized sales coverage as well as management of given territory Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsible for providing market feedback and participating in corporate marketing efforts. Responsible to achieve and maintain a high degree of technical competence. Implement customer satisfaction survey – recording the information from survey into company website; summarize and analyze collected data once per quarter. Proposal/Presentation Generation – using tools and resources as needed. Develop customized presentations using Power Point. Develop and manage relationships with current client to develop additional business as well as ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Information Tracking and Reporting – insures that opportunity information is detailed and current to insure accurate revenue and product forecasting, captures activity information on a timely basis as client interactions occur. Try to understand customers’ true requirement and details. Focus on the product that the customer interested in. Coordinate inside sales to accomplish the work required to close deals. Occasionally provide on-the-job training for new employees, other occasional responsibilities may be assigned Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Good Chinese and English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills are required. Frequent domestic travelling are required Bachelor’s Degree, 3+ year’s sales experience.
Standards of performance: Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethics  Displays excellent communication skills Perform as a positive example Provide timely and accurate correspondence both internally and to external customers Accept work assignments that could require additional training to perform. Be adaptable to changes in equipment, assignments, procedures, and methods. Safeguard company information by observing company security regulations Maintain a positive relationship with assigned existing clients and potential clients from various sources. Build/maintain business relationships in the telecommunications and technology field. Work effectively with customers and co-workers. Accept accountability and responsibility for ones job and for the needs of the customer. Analyzes and solves problems within realistic time frames. Conducts themselves in line with our Mission, Vision, and SPIRIT Values Demonstrate knowledge of and works within KJLC's Quality Management System, including the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives
Working Environment: As a rule, the job will be performed at the Regional Sales Office and remote customer facilities. Moderate to frequent overnight and/or local travel is required.
Equipment: Must be able to operate standard company computer software which is a part of the main operating system. Must also be able to adapt to new software programs of the company or sales personnel and become proficient in their operations. Must be able to demonstrate for customers any new and/or existing products of the Company.
