Job Description Make sure manufacturing related associate skill qualification and working according to standard. 保障生产人员技能符合质量水平要求，推进生产人员按照标准作业 Make sure machine, fixture, measurement tools, control point meet quality requirement. 通过过程确认确保设备，工装，量检具，质量控制手段符合质量要求 Make sure smooth hand over from sample production to mass production. 监督产品从样品试生产到量产的顺利切换 Problem solving in daily production . 生产现场异常问题的跟踪解决, 保证生产计划顺利进行 Shopfloor quality improvement technical support . 车间质量改善技术支持 Responsible for follow up daily production quality related data and escalation if needed. 负责确认每天的质量相关数据，必要时升级 OP standardized work guiding and checking. 车间员工标准化作业指导与确认 Improve process quality and scrap rate. Lead related project to improve quality leve. 针对生产过程质量,报废率等方面进行改进, 组织开展改善项目 Quality problem solving on mass production with cross function department. 对生产过程中出现的批量性质量问题和异常物料, 组织相关部门, 查找根本原因, 提出改善措施 Monitoring on quality related factors regarding machine, fixture, and quality check points. 对设备，工装，质量检查点等进行监控. 对存在的质量隐患制订纠正/预防措施 Promoting 14Q and other quality approach in manufacturing area. 推进质量指导原则等系统方法在生产区域的实施 Support smooth hand over from sample trial run to mass production. 协助新产品从样品试制到量产的顺利过渡 MFQ quality documents maintenance and update. MFQ相关质量文件的维护与更新 OP skill matrix check and training system support. 车间员工技能矩阵检查与培训系统

Qualifications

Bachelor or above. 本科及以上 Over 5 years. 5年以上 Engineering/ quality or process engineer background. 工程/质量或工艺工程背景 Fluent English. 流利的英语
