业务需求： Project management for Wiper Arm project according to AA PEP guideline with focus on 刮杆项目管理的工作以Bosch PEP流程作为主引导规则，关注如下几点：
Participant in customer projects acquisition phase for cost and technical evaluation (perspective of cost, quality and time). 组织团队参与客户项目报价和技术评估 （前期成本，产品质量和开发周期的评估）。 Preparing, guiding + performing project milestones as Quality Gates and Reviews. 确定项目启动，制定项目关键节点，并评估项目质量门节点。 Coordination of work packages in Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality , Logistic etc. cross functions. 协调包括工程，生产，采购，质量，物流等部门的工作包分配以达成项目目标。 Presenting project status to review team and management. 与团队定期评估项目状态并在关键节点向管理层做项目汇报。 Needs to balance well between result-driven focus and sustainable process with cross functions. 需要在跨部门合作中，平衡结果导向的目标和稳定的过程控制。 Cooperate (/interactive contact) with other Bosch regions for project status review, technical evaluation etc. 与Bosch内部以及外部客户的技术话题合作与讨论。 Maintaining project KPI and reporting documents. 维护项目文件并管理项目目标。 Other tasks assigned by department leads. 其他部门领导安排的工作内容。
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above. 本科及以上。 3+ Years work experience in project management. 3年以上项目管理工作经验。 Automotive project experience is preferred. 汽车行业相关项目工作经验优先 。 Cross functional department working experience is preferred. 跨部门工作经验优先。 Experienced in MS-office, good computer skill. 熟悉 MS-Office, 良好的电脑技能。 Ability to lead cross functional teams. 领导跨职能团队的能力。 Good communication skill with team and customers and management. 与团队、客户和公司管理层的良好沟通技巧。 Work under pressure. 抗压能力强。 Energetic with good people skills. 热情地参与工作。 Fluent English in spoken and written. 流利地英语听说能力。 Presentable, self-motivate with confidence and maturity. 工作中自我激励并能自信地表达，不断成长。 Willing and able to learn quickly in a fast track program. 在快速反应地项目中有意愿并能快速学习和成长。
