Job Description

• Supplier development and overall RPP project management
• Evaluate cost reduction potential and implement accordingly in cooperation with colleagues in China and overseas
• Develop new components for PEP projects
• Support PUR/-Q team to optimize supplier base, improve supplier quality and flexibility
• Ensure the implementation of SQM process
• Standardization & optimization of purchasing process

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or similar area, hydraulic background as a plus
• Strong project management experience in international company for manufacturing or Automotive industry or technical experience of machining in related areas
• Fluent in English as basis, German as plus
• Good communication skill & interpersonal skill
• Open minded, esp. when facing problems of intercultural work and matrix structure multiple interests
• Honest, high degree of self initiative and persistent working attitude
• Good knowledge and application of MS-Office and SAP
