Job Responsibilities:

Has global authority with regard to specialist content/guidelines for the scheme. Ensures the quality assurance for the scheme. Plans and executes process harmonization and optimisation relevant to the scheme. Supports the planning and execution of internal audits globally. Participates in and supports regional and global projects related to the scheme. Creates process guidelines for the provision of services related to the scheme. Provides content for the sales and marketing activities for the scheme. Ensures product-specific information flows. Supports the organization and execution of information events for auditors globally and initiates knowledge sharing. Steers the documents/forms for the scheme. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Authorized Auditor.• 5-10 years of professional experience in related area.• Consistently considers an appropriate array of business factors when making decisions.• Does not avoid necessary decisions and makes them at the appropriate time.• Makes decisions based upon a mixture of analysis and experience.• Makes decisions in his/her own area of responsibility at the appropriate time.• Actively drives internal change processes.• Manages change processes according to clear rules and challenging goals.• Is willing to go along internal changes.• Actively supports change processes.• Demonstrates a good understanding of processes.• Continually strives to create lean and economic processes.• Knowledgeable of processes in his/her own work area.• Can simplify complex processes.• Identifies and considers current and future business needs and seizes opportunities.• Considers costs and returns in his/her daily business.• Knowledgeable in current and possible future business requirements (trends, technologies and information) affecting his/her own area.• Considers costs and returns in his/her daily business.
