您的工作职责

  • EHS合规性事务监督及处理
    • 负责确保本公司遵循并符合安全、环保、职业健康、消防相关法律法规的要求
    • 协助完成接待、协调政府部门、客户及第三方的检查，完成政府部门要求的各项报告、系统申报等相关工作
    • 负责公司供应商及相关方的EHS管理及监督。协助相关部门对进入公司施工、作业的外来人员进行资质审核并对作业现场监督检查
    • 协调完成工厂新建、扩建、改建的“三同时”， 技改工程\设备改造、工艺条件变动方案EHS审核，使其符合EHS技术要求
  • EHS体系运行及改善
    • 确保 ISO14001 环境管理体系，ISO45001职业健康安全管理体系，安全标准化体系有效实施并持续改进，负责EHS管理体系、规章制度和工作流程的实施
    • 协助制订并跟踪EHS年度目标和执行，方案策划与实施、定期跟踪、评估和管理
    • 负责组织或参与EHS教育和培训
    • 负责工厂运营环境、健康、安全项目的年度监测及后续监督整改
    • 协助完成EHS体系内外审核
  • 日常安全检查与整改追踪
    • 负责工厂生产车间日常安全管理，例行检查与整改追踪
    • 参与工厂组织的月度检查，并整改追踪
    • 对特种设备、特种作业人员证照、消防设施、化学品情况进行定期检查 
    • 劳保用品使用情况检查
    • 现场安全标志定期更新
  • 事故调查与整改追踪
    • 日常事故应急处理
    • 事故申报、统计、分析
    • 事故调查，及隐患整改追踪
  • 其他人事行政部安排的工作事项
    • 公司发起的EHS 事项
    • 参与安全活动的策划与推广
    • 参与工厂EHS流程的改善与推进
    • 工厂应急团队的管理与协调
    • 其他行政工作事务

您的成功要素

  • 教育背景
    • 安全工程专业优先，或职业卫生工程、环境工程专业，本科学历以上
  • 工作年限
    • 工作经验2年以上
  • 行业要求
    • 机械行业工作优先，熟悉机械加工制造行业
  • 专业技能要求
    • 获取注册安全工程师执照优先
