This position will be the dedicated sales force to develop new business including but not limited in Private label business, Chain store, Supermarket and E-commerce platform the possible working area to develop business. Independently develop the business strategy, Identify and develop new business opportunities, satisfy the customers, and understand the competition. Including sales planning and budgeting, key account management, customer service and logistic arrangements. Well figure out the demand of the customers and work with internal to submit the right solution and make the deal. Your Responsibilities: Achieve business targets and budget, Explore and develop ADM Human Nutrition business in new area including but not limited in chain store, supermarket and e-commerce private label business. Develop long term strategic relationships with responsible customers. Work and identify the best partner OEM factory to convince clients together. Actively looking for ways to increase value and satisfaction for customers. Handle market intelligence, especially follow up customers' and competitors' activity and deliver relevant information to marketing department. Working closely with technical and QA/regulation team, collect customer expectation for technical solution, meet customer demands by sample providing and demo. Understand the flavor industry, Identify the opportunities with good business acumen from existing and new customers.
Your Profile: Bachelor of Science food science or other related education background 10 years’ experience managing key accounts preferably in food ingredients, knowledgeable in beverage and food industry. Experience to work under OEM business model is preferred. Ability to use English in occasional international working environment. Willing to take new challenge, dependent, responsible, passion for working. Excellent communication skills Training in sales or business administration is a plus Experience in multinational companies is a plus Experience in handling big accounts is a plus
