职位描述

Job Description岗位职责:

1. Responsible for the release of compressor set with closely cooperation within GDE compressor team

承担压缩机组件的放行任务,与全球压缩机组紧密合作

2. Familiar with compressor/inverter industry related standards

熟悉压缩机/变频器相关团体及国家/国际标准

3. Responsible for the evaluation of compressor functionality \vibration
oise\lifetime\cooling performance etc.

完成变频冰箱压缩机的运转性能/振动/噪音性能/寿命/制冷性能评估

4. Participate in the overall refrigerator product project development process, understand the task delivery objectives of each stage; Ensure on-time compressor release fulfill project requirement

全过程参与冰箱产品项目开发进程，熟悉各阶段任务交付目标.确保压缩机的阶段性交付和整体交付满足项目要求。

5. Responsible for problem solving and quality improvement related to compressor and Inverter.

负责冰箱产品压缩机,变频器相关技术问题的分析解决及质量改进

6. Participate in the compressor and inverter supplier audit

参与压缩机变频器供应商产线及产品质量放行

Professional Requirements专业资质要求：

1. Bachlor or above; Thermodynamics, Refrigeration Engineering, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering or similar.

本科及以上; 热力学, 制冷工程, 热能与动力工程或相关专业

2.Good knowledge in thermal dynamics, heat transfer and theory of refrigeration, fluid dynamics。

熟知工程热力学、传热学、制冷原理及流体力学

3.Knowledge in Mechanical design is preferred

有机械设计基础者优先

4.Speak fluent English

英语流利

5.Good communication with team

良好的团队沟通技能
