职位描述

岗位要求

1、Dispose routine quality problems from production line, analyze suspect part and support on problem solving;

- 处理车间日常质量问题，分析解决疑点，投诉；

2、Analyze statistical process capability and create quality reporting (manufacturing process capability, monthly quality report, etc.);

- 进行统计分析和创建质量报告（设备制造能力、月度质量报告等）；

3、Create the quality assurance document (Quality requirement instruction, Measurement instruction, Quality record sheet, etc.);

- 创建质量保证文件（质量要求说明书、测量技术说明书、质量记录表、审核清单等）；

4、Responsible for internal product & process audit;

- 负责内部产品和过程审核（整理审核报告并纠正措施）；

5、Support APQP (Participate in Flow chart, Control plan, Inspection plan, FMEA activities);

- 支持APQP要求（参与流程图、控制计划、检验计划、FMEA）；

6、Train staff (Quality technology, Basic measurement, Record sheet, etc.).

- 培训员工（质量技术、基本测量、记录表等）

专业资质要求 Professional Requirements:

1、Bachelor degree with mechanical or electrical profession or above;

-本科以上学历，机电相关专业；

2、Technology drawing and (G&DT) knowledge;

-熟悉工艺制图和（G&DT）相关知识；

3、Quality System knowledge;

-熟悉质量体系相关知识；

4、Excellent communication skills;

-有优秀的沟通能力；

5、Fluent English and Mandarin.

-英语和普通话流利。

6. Computer skills: Microsoft Office, SAP

良好的计算机操作技能
