Job Description:

地区经理负责管辖区域的一切业务，包括制定和实施区域的业务目标和发展计划，建立一个业绩良好，极富生产力和士气高昂的团队。对团队成员进行规范和监管，对他们的专业节能提升和学习发展规划提供辅导和支持。
业务管理

制定并执行所辖区域的业务计划，根据区域情况和医院潜力分配销售任务
根据产品策略，分析市场发展趋势，挖掘区域市场机会，发展和制定地区业务策略
管理销售预算和合理分配和控制各项资源。有效管理项目和活动的流程，确保其真实有效的开展
建立和保持有效沟通系统，定期与上级经理汇报区域工作进展以及学术拜访KOL
定期总结并分析产品，竞品以及客户信息
与市场部和医学部保持紧密合作并高质量的执行市场和医学活动
积极参与跨部门协作并对市场准入目标贡献力量
完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作

人员管理

指导团队完成区域活动以及其他书面及系统数据填写等工作内容
通过有计划的随访，团队会议和绩效沟通，发展和培养团队成员各项能力，包括以患者为中心的专业产品沟通技能，产品知识和正确的价值观
及时定期跟踪团队成员的绩效表现，诊断绩效问题并制定针对性的解决方案和发展计划
参与人员招聘计划并协助入职培训
保持和HR以及销售培训部的紧密合作，协助建立团队成员的职业发展计划以及高绩效人才保留计划
倡导公司价值观和规范化的行为标准，保证团队的合规性和专业性
 

Qualification Required:

任职资格
5年以上肿瘤领域销售经验优先，具备较好的相关产品领域的专业知识
有地区经理或相关管理经验的优先
具备较强的业务敏锐度，决断能力，高效执行，团队管理和培养以及跨部门协作的能力
具备较强的结果导向，工作热情，坚持不懈以及主动承担的精神
具备较强的学习能力，面对挑战能有积极开放的心态并善于创新
能够严格要求和管理自己的行为，确保日常工作全部遵循公司政策，行业准则以及相关法律。
