Tasks

Build and maintain team stability, increase team centripetal force.团队组建和维护团队稳定，增加团队向心力。 Lead the Automation team to do R&D project, give guidance and solution on PLC, PCB (SW & HW), Embedded, cloud data acquisition and analysis.带领自动化团队完成研发项目，在PLC,PCB（软件及硬件），嵌入式开发，云端数据采集和分析等项目上给与指导和提供解决方案。 Identify & assign resources to M2M projects and other tasks within the team’s responsibility (e.g. technology portfolio management, lifecycle management). 识别和分配资源到M2M项目和团队职责范围内的其他任务(如技术组合管理，生命周期管理)。 Ensure a proper. work balancing within the different teams. 确保不同团队之间的工作平衡。 Maintain the project roadmap. 维护项目路线图。 Regularly monitor work progress and take appropriate actions to manage deviations. 定期监控工作进度，并采取适当措施管理偏差。Ensure timely and accurate forecasting and identify risks and opportunities. 确保及时准确的预测并识别风险和机会。 Advise team members, and work closely with them to develop corrective action plans. 向团队成员提供建议，并与他们密切合作制定纠正行动计划。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation & Electronics or related major.自动化及电子相关专业本科以上学历。 Minimum 10 years of professional experience in R&D in relevant discipline. 5 years’ experience on leading team.至少10年相关领域的研发工作经验，5年左右团队管理经验。 Rich experience in the application of different PLC platforms, R&D and design of PCB hardware and software, familiar with the technology of embedded development and data acquisition and analysis.具备不同PLC平台的应用，PCB 硬件和软件的研发和设计经验，熟悉嵌入式开发及数据采集分析的技术，并在行业中有较丰富的经验。 In accordance with the BA/ BU related requirements (e.g. specific knowledge in hydraulics, food safety, explosion prevention, IT security…). 符合BA/ BU相关要求(如液压、食品安全、防爆、IT安全等方面的专业知识)。 Good English fluent spoken / reading and written.较好的英语口语和书写表达能力。 Familiar with PLC control skill (e.g. Siemens TIA.).熟悉PLC控制技能。 PCB hardware design skill. PCB硬件设计技能。 Software development skill (e.g. C/C++/Python language). 软件开发技能， 如C/C++/Python语言。 IoT Communication Technology (e.g. MQTT, OPC UA) 工业物联网控制技术和通讯协议的使用，如MQTT, OPC UA.
