Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

全面负责服务器主要部件的供应商质量管理，包括

1. 负责供应商的质量审核，以及对供应商的评估和认证

2. 负责处理研发阶段及量产阶段发生的部件质量问题

3. 负责组织零部件级别的关键质量问题的经验教训总结和部件规格及测试标准的完善

4. 负责设计开发阶段零部件的风险识别以及规避措施的跟踪

5. 负责监控并持续改进零部件的质量，配合整机质量经理(PQM)降低市场端由于零部件质量问题导致的退货和维修

岗位需求：

1. 大学本科及以上学历，电子工程和机械工程优先

2. 五年以上供应商质量管理工作经验，有服务器或个人计算机行业工程师工作背景优先

3. 质量黑带/绿带工程师、6 Sigma项目工作经验者优先

4. 具备SMT和机构件制程管控工作经验优先

5. 良好的沟通技巧，熟练的中英文听说读写能力

6. 较强的问题分析和解决能力，可接受适当短期出差
