1、三年以上经销商管理操作经验及团队管理经验；
2、积极正向，拥有较强的学习能力，能快速融入团队；
3、强烈的责任心及职业操守，善于在压力下开展工作；
4、具备强烈的上进心，拥有清晰的职业规划；
5、优秀的沟通技巧，能适应跨部门的沟通并推动团队间高效协作；
6、良好的计算机运用能力，熟练运用Word、Excel、PPT。


加入玛氏，您的主要职责将会是什么？


1.带领渭南团队完成公司分配的全年销量目标及过程指标；
2.负责整个渭南地区的全渠道销售工作，包括经销商管理，团队管理的相关工作。完成区域内服务体系及质量。
4. 带领团队成员完成渭南市的分销/陈列/价格/库存等市场表现目标，渠道拓展目标
5. 协助经销商进行定期生意计划和回顾及行动计划；
6. 团队管理，激励和支持团队意愿和能力的提升，打造高执行力的团队；协助下属解决问题，制定团队工作及发展目标。
