职位描述:

在leader的指导下,根据公司政策和区域计划推动公立医院皮肤科IA产品的准入和使用,提升DS产品的认知和推荐,落实全面护肤和治疗的CTMP策略并管理KOL,达成业务目标

职位要求: 

在目标区域内完成销售指标,最大程度实现销售增长及市场占有率的提高负责区域内产品推广,提供专业的产品支持

收集和分析目标医院的潜力和竞品相关数据,并在必要时寻找新数据源,确定纠正措施和增长的机会

与关键利益相关者保持持续沟通、影响与协作,及时调整改进销售执行战略与战术

设定客户绩效目标,选择4P/3D机遇,并有效执行大客户计划

确保合理分配资源,并确保计划与高德美的本地战略保持一致

明确产品与市场上竞争产品相比的独特定位及优势,确保销售工作与品牌计划和客户战略整合协调

与公司内其他部门紧密合作,确保策略目标和执行节奏的一致性

与外部合作伙伴保/经销商持紧密的沟通与协作,推动产品的准入

监测和评价合规性,并在必要时及时采取纠正措施。

各类报告的计划,填写及执行跟进;预算计划及把控

技能资格 :  

本科及以上学历,医学/药学/生物学等相关专业优先

至少5年的医药或医疗器械行业销售工作经验

既往有公立医院准入和市场开发的经验,或者具有皮肤科销售经验优先

既往有特药销售经验优先

较强的专业知识学习和迭代能力

优秀的大客户和利益相关方的管理能力

跨部门合作能力及团队合作能力

良好的沟通能力及成功的销售记录

市场敏感度及分析能力
