About The Position 

负责建立区域私立渠道关键客户,连锁集团型关键客户和公司战略合作伙伴的长期关系 负责开发区域中高潜力关键客户,推动搭建合作平台,设计合作框架并推动执行 达成所负责区域的私立渠道销售指标、利润指标,市场份额指标,和增长指标 负责区域 KA 活动的设计及执行 与所对应的市场团队、销售团队密切合作,管理好区域内私立渠道关键客户,服务于患者 认同并倡导公司核心价值观,遵守合规、财务等各项公司政策

The requirements 

3 年以上的私立渠道医药关键客户管理经验,或 2 年以上的销售管理、或产品管理、 KA 经验 熟悉私立渠道关键客户及关键决策者的日常工作内容和相关决策过程 了解私立渠道关键客户合同设计及执行 了解与医疗相关的法规和政策,并与时俱进 了解临床疾病相关和药物相关的重点信息 在中国医药市场、自费医疗,或者快消等领域的丰富经验; 了解非公渠道市场(必须); 了解区域内业务和市场,熟悉区域内关键客户 ; 私立渠道关键客户管理经验优先; 自费药、注射类药物经验优先。
