China CSP team supports China's Internet customers and China telco customers, providing Seagate products and technical services to customers to achieve Seagate's performance goals.

About the role - you will:

• Be responsible for managing and developing Chinese telco customers (CMCC, China telecom) and T2 CSP customers, to meet company targets in terms of Revenue, Margin, and Market Share
• Develop and execute short and long-term account plans to align with company business strategy
• Communicate market trends industry dynamic and customer requirements and pain points and translating account business strategy into business plan and driving it
• Manage account demand and customer forecast, support supply planning and, fulfillment
• Manage and develop customer relationships, secure Seagate market share, and technical engagement, keep high-level relationships with frequent executive team communication
• Manage business gaps and opportunities between Seagate’s business/ product/ technical strategy and customer/market direction, drive business development. Build up business/account strategy with solid and executable action plan to deliver company business target
• Leading customer quarterly business review and executive meetings to maintain/enhance customer relationship/engagement and loyalty to improve Seagate share and customer satisfaction
• Develop initiatives in joint product/solution and business model to deepen/enlarge the customer collaboration

• 领导客户季度业务审查和高管会议,以维护/增强客户关系/参与度和忠诚度,从而提高 Seagate 份额和客户满意度
• 制定联合产品/解决方案和业务模式的计划,以深化/扩大客户合作

About you:

• Experience in managing China telco or CSP customers in the IT industry is a plus
• Ability to think outside the box and innovate with technology partners and industry thought leaders will be essential
• Previous success on the business innovation
• Thrive in a highly competitive environment with a sense of urgency
• Ability to work with autonomy, highly self-motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good presentation skills
• Ability to interface internally and externally with all levels of management

Your experience includes:

• Good at English both on Spoken and Written
• Office software including word, excel, PPT, etc. skills
• IT industry experience
• Proven successful background
• Bachelor and/or equivalent experience

With its strong technical knowledge and experience, Seagate has worked with many customers and business partners to help capture market opportunities – both domestically and overseas. Now the Seagate Shanghai Services operates four branches in Beijing, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Hangzhou. The Hangzhou branch supports surveillance customers. Besides, Seagate has set up entities in Tianjin and Hangzhou respectively. The Tianjin services cloud storage customers and Hangzhou provides data recovery services respectively.
