Tasks:

1. 制定培训计划:根据年度新品上市节奏,制定年度新品培训计划 / Plan development: According to the annual new product launch rhythm, develop the annual new product training plan.

2. 培训内容产出:根据培训计划,在新品上市前制作合格的PPT课件、Word讲解流程、卖点讲解视频,并上传培训系统 / Content production: According to the training plan, make qualified PPT courseware, Word explanation process, selling point explanation video of new products before the launch, and upload the training system.

3. 落地承接:以新品上市为契机,培养培训师产品知识与销售技巧相结合的培训能力,提升全国培训团队的能力/ Landing to undertake: take the new product listing as an opportunity to train the training ability of trainers to combine product knowledge and sales skills, and improve the ability of the national training team.

4. 评估与反馈: 每周跟踪新品销售任务和区域培训进度,对培训师能力进行评估,从优到劣公布排名,每月提供总结报告并反馈给区域 / Evaluation and feedback: Track new product sales tasks and regional training progress every week, evaluate the ability of trainers, publish the ranking from best to worst, provide monthly summary report and feedback to the region.

5. 负责从组织到执行直接推动销售的市场或销售活动 / Other marketing or sales activities that directly drive sales from organization to execution

Education:

本科及以上学历,尤其擅长做汇报展示或演讲 / Bachelor's degree or above, speciality for those with particularly strong presentation skills

Specific Expertise:

1. 优秀的沟通和培训技巧:能够清晰生动地传达信息,能够理解销售人员的困惑和需求。还要掌握案例分析、角色扮演、模拟演练等多种培训技巧,提高培训效果 / Excellent communication and training skills: able to convey information clearly and vividly, and able to understand the confusion and needs of sales staff. They also need to master a variety of training techniques, such as case studies, role-playing, and simulation exercises, to improve training effectiveness.

2. 专业的销售技巧和客户服务能力:应具备较高的销售技巧,如沟通技巧、谈判技巧等,以便为销售人员提供有效的指导和支持。同时,还要具备良好的服务意识,能够为客户提供优质的服务体验。在与客户交流时,应主动、热情、尊重客户,根据客户的需求和关注点提供有针对性的解决方案 / Professional sales skills and customer service capabilities: should have a high level of sales skills, such as communication skills and negotiation skills, in order to provide effective guidance and support to salespeople. At the same time, they also need to have a good sense of service and be able to provide customers with a quality service experience. When interacting with customers, they should be proactive, enthusiastic and respectful, and provide targeted solutions based on customers' needs and concerns.

3. 较强的营销活动策划能力和市场分析能力:能够根据销售的需要和对市场的敏感度,设计出产品效果好的营销活动 / Strong marketing campaign planning and market analysis skills: able to design product-effective marketing campaigns according to the needs of the sales and sensitive to the market.
