Position Summary, 职位概述

在工程师或者经理的指导下进行试验方案的制定和执行, 严格按照安全要求进行实验操作，管理和维护试验设备区域的整洁，对试验数据进行归纳和总结。

Formulate and implement expermental plans under the guidance of engineers or managers, conduct test operations under strict accordance with safety requirements, manage and maintain the cleanliness of the experimental area, summarize and analyze on the test data.

Job Responsibilities, 工作职责

1. 对所负责的研发子项目进行试验方案的制定。
Formulate experimental plan for specific RD project.
2. 执行各种物理和化学试验， 包括材料合成、处理、测试。
Execute physical and chemical experiments, including material synthesis, handling, and testing.
3. 管理和维护试验设备区域的整洁，严格按照安全要求进行实验操作；

 Manage and maintain cleanliness of the experimental area, strictly follows and complies with all SH&E procedures operating experiments.
4. 对试验数据进行归纳和总结。
Analyze and summarize on experimental data.
5. 定期向直接上级汇报试验进展情况；
Report to immediate superior on project / experimental progress.
6. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
Complete other work assigned by superior.

Requirements, 要求

1.本科以上学历，2年以上材料或化工企业工作经验；
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years experience in material or chemical enterprise.
2.材料类、化学化工类等理工科专业；
Material, chemical related majors

3.扎实的数理统计知识，和数据处理能力；
Solid statistic knowledge and data processing capability.
4. 具备化学或者化工专业背景；
Background of chemistry or chemical engineering .
5. 对实验室设备、程序、方法和安全规范有深刻的理解。
Strong understanding of laboratory equipment, procedures.
