The position       

Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:     

  1. Responsible for operation of the Chemistry test, make reasonable cycle plan to be sure the excipients and API which used for production activity to be taken timely and correctly, and support timely testing and release of products.
    负责化学实验的操作管理，制定合理的实验计划以保证及时正确的采集在生产活动使用的原辅料样品，及时实验以支持产品放行。
  2. Ensuring delivery of test results in accordance with customer and business requirements and targets.  确保按照客户和业务需求及目标提供测试结果。
  3. Ensuring direct reports are appropriately trained to perform job tasks.   确保直接下属得到合适的培训以执行工作。
  4. Setting Goals and performance evaluation of direct reports.  为下属设定目标并且进行绩效管理和评估。
  5. Making /supporting IDP agreement direct reports.  制定/支持直接下属的IDP协定。
  6. Ensuring OOS results and incidents (i.e. DVs) are investigated correctively and preventative actions are implemented as needed. 保证OOS结果和事件（如DV）被正确调查，合理的纠正和预防措施被执行。
  7. Good on process confirmation.    善于过程确认。

 

Main job tasks 主要工作任务:

 

  1. Developing efficient processes for running day-to-day operations in the laboratory
    优化实验室日常操作的效率
  2. Ensure resource management and test arrangement to have good balance of release lead-time and best productivity.                                                       确保资源和实验有效安排，保证及时的放行时限以及最高的人员效率
  3. Ensure operation excellence for testing and manage chemicals to ensure safety requirements implemented and maintain in a good status                             确保检测的卓越运营及化学品的管理，以确保安全要求得到执行并保持良好状态
  4. Ensuring development and implementation of SOPs and instructions governing all aspects of laboratory services                                                         确保制定和实施能全面规范实验室业务的标准操作程序和指导文件
  5. Communicating with customers and stakeholders
    与客户和利益相关方的良好沟通
  6. Planning and coordinating support from other departments inside and outside of STJ
    计划和协调与天津工厂内部和外部部门的支持
  7. Ensuring safe working environment and compliance with internal and external EHS requirements                                            
    确保安全工作环境并符合内部和外部EHS要求
  8. Develop Quality Mindset in test team; ensure compliance with legal or regulatory requirements and the Novo Nordisk Quality System including policies          
    发展实验团队的质量意识；确保符合法律或法规要求及诺和诺德质量体系要求和政策
  9. Contribute to uniform policies/procedures/standards/processes/systems in lab area based on Novo Nordisk and industry best practice standards.

  10. Continuous improvement through use of cLEAN leadership principles and tools. Developing efficient processes for running day-to-day operations related to routine laboratory testing and other routine work

  11. Apply Novo Nordisk Way (NNW) and incorporate into daily way of working; lead by example and act as a role model for others                                           应用诺和诺德之道并融入到日常工作中；为其他员工树立榜样

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree or above majored in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering or other scientific or technical field
    化学，药剂学，工程学或其他相关领域4年本科教育学士及以上学位
  2. Fluent in written and spoken English
    良好的英语书写和沟通能力
  3. Minimum 5 years quality- or production-related experience in the pharmaceutical industry working in a GMP-regulated environment
    至少有5年在GMP制药企业质量或生产的经验
  4. Previous pharmaceutical QC lab experience, including responsibility for lab operations, analysis, method validation/transfer, and/or equipment qualification, highly desirable
    具有药厂QC实验室经验，包括实验操作，分析，方法验证/转移，和/或仪器验证的经验
  5. Previous line manager or project management experience highly desirable
    具有管理岗或项目经理的经验
  6. Previous experience with international pharmaceutical company and/or working abroad desirable

  7. Previous experience using LEAN/cLEAN leadership tools and principles desirable
