The position
Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:
- Responsible for operation of the Chemistry test, make reasonable cycle plan to be sure the excipients and API which used for production activity to be taken timely and correctly, and support timely testing and release of products.

- Ensuring direct reports are appropriately trained to perform job tasks. 确保直接下属得到合适的培训以执行工作。
- Setting Goals and performance evaluation of direct reports. 为下属设定目标并且进行绩效管理和评估。
- Making /supporting IDP agreement direct reports. 制定/支持直接下属的IDP协定。
- Ensuring OOS results and incidents (i.e. DVs) are investigated correctively and preventative actions are implemented as needed. 保证OOS结果和事件(如DV)被正确调查,合理的纠正和预防措施被执行。
- Good on process confirmation. 善于过程确认。

- Developing efficient processes for running day-to-day operations in the laboratory

- Ensure operation excellence for testing and manage chemicals to ensure safety requirements implemented and maintain in a good status 确保检测的卓越运营及化学品的管理,以确保安全要求得到执行并保持良好状态
- Ensuring development and implementation of SOPs and instructions governing all aspects of laboratory services 确保制定和实施能全面规范实验室业务的标准操作程序和指导文件
- Communicating with customers and stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above majored in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering or other scientific or technical field
化学,药剂学,工程学或其他相关领域4年本科教育学士及以上学位 - Fluent in written and spoken English
良好的英语书写和沟通能力 - Minimum 5 years quality- or production-related experience in the pharmaceutical industry working in a GMP-regulated environment
至少有5年在GMP制药企业质量或生产的经验 - Previous pharmaceutical QC lab experience, including responsibility for lab operations, analysis, method validation/transfer, and/or equipment qualification, highly desirable
