Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead specific Industry delighting client through delivering insights and analysis via GfK Essentials. Providing in-depth consulting services and delivering insights and analytics as well as thought leadership Develop strategic understanding of industry trends, competition, and opportunities of GfK Conduct external presentations and drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations, driving client's business opportunities. Working closely with the Consulting, Customer service and Account development team to transform client experience and ensure client satisfaction. Lead and coach team members, to build a stable and successful team with both solid expertise and succession pipeline. Responsible for allocating work based on the current team workload capacity and the skills and aspirations of the team. Oversee and conduct assigned external and internal projects including preparation and delivery to ensure both efficiency and outcome.

Bachelor's degree, Over 10 years of working experience with research or marketing experience in leading Market Research/ Home Appliance companies with at least 5 years in team leader and people manager position Management of full P&L and team management experience (team members:5-8 ) Prior experience in the Home Appliance industry, more knowledge about small home appliances. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Excellent logical thinking and analytical skill Excellent presentation skillsPersonal Qualities
Strong entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work under pressure, self-driven and result-oriented Prior experience in company transformation situation will be a plus Strong interpersonal skills in building trust with local and global clients Superior organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving abilities High level of integrity, ethics and trustworthiness Resolute decision maker
