生产工艺专员 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

负责生产相关工艺验证、持续工艺核实、清洁验证、设备确认等活动，包括验证/确认方案制定（验证策略、风险评估等）、验证执行及报告。 负责产品转移项目生产&清洁工艺试机活动，包括试机方案制定（试机策略、方法转移或开发、风险评估等）、试机执行及报告。 负责产品转移项目生产工艺转移，执行设备/工艺可行性分析和评估，转移计划和报告，差异分析和评估等。 负责偏差&异常事件的报告、调查、评估及CAPA制定。 建立和维护生产管理相关工作流程，持续对流程进行优化改进和执行情况检查，确保工作流程简洁可操作，且持续合规。 负责生产相关的官方递交和核查资料的准备，并协助完成现场审计。 负责完成直线经理安排的其他工作。

WHO YOU ARE

药学或化工相关专业大学本科或以上，3-5年以上药品生产和质量相关工作经验。 熟悉cGMP，EU GMP，GTA和FDA等药品相关规范。 具有独立完成验证/确认工作的能力，熟练使用FMEA、鱼骨图等质量风险分析工具。 产品技术转移经验（优先）。 熟悉半固体（软膏/乳膏）或液体制剂的生产工艺技术。 具有良好的组织、沟通、团队协作能力。 具有良好的英语读写能力。 具有发现和解决问题的能力。
