About the Role

Specialist, CRP & Complaint Management

1.接待并处理通过来访、信件、网络、联络中心、其他部门转移,及外部转办投诉;

2.安抚客户并了解相关信息,与其保持沟通、跟进回复监管报告及回复客户信件; 3.收集并查核所需信息,与相关部门沟通,对案件的处理进行合议;

4.严格执行监管和公司在TAT及流程方面的要求,按公司相关指引操作;

5.投诉诉案件涉及的排查工作;

6.协助主管处理区域投诉 ,柜面服务及营运信息宣导;

7.报表统计及分析;

8. 任何其它分配的工作及项目(含必要时的加班安排)。

岗位要求:

1.本科或以上学历,法律、医学、金融保险专业为佳

2.有监管投诉案件处理,区域投诉管理,报告撰写,消保工作经验优先考虑

3.良好的人际交往及沟通技巧,中英文书写流利

4.良好沟通能力和客服意识,具备一定的谈判能力潜能

5富责任感、有耐性、成熟、热情、有笑容有亲和力,性情温和, 团队合作精神,学习和抗压能力强
