Your responsibilities


Main Responsibility:

1. Reduce the equipment downtime, technical support to maintenance technician.

2. Understand and use maintenance records to establish and improve the standardization of equipment maintenance

3. Keep the spare parts in control, define the standard technical and safety stork. Buy new spare parts and replenish used parts.

4. Understand the maintenance KPI, analysis and shoot the root cause for KPI failure. KPIKPI

5. Understand the manufacturing process, and have the ability to debug all the production equipment

6. Be familiar with equipment maintenance, such as mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, possess knowledge of mechanical theory, have the ability of surveying parts, and be able to operate common machining equipments

7. Cooperate with equipment supplier for new machine installation

8. Cooperate with related departments to continue to improve

9. Maintain and update the maintenance documents

10. Solve and record troubleshooting documentation for troubleshooting

11. Other job arranged by your superior


Your profile


Qualification

1. Education & Major Mechanical, electrical and related education background. College degree or above. Bachelor degree is a plus. .

2. Language Good communication in English both in oral and written.

3. Total Working Experience With five years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance and repair, furnace maintenance experience in advance, relevant maintenance work experience in the automotive parts industry, be skilled in mechanical assembly, repair, and maintenance 5,

4. Specific Knowledge/Skills Familiar with CAD/ Inventor Solidworks Catia or other 3D/2D drawing software, be skilled in mechanical drawing CAD/Inventor SolidworksCatia3D/2D

5. Familiar with PLC for equipment debugging and PLC programming would be a plus PLCPLC
