Actively engage with cross-functional teams and divisions to identify and define key questions and challenges that can be answered by Medical Intelligence. Collect Medical Intelligence (knowledge, insights, market/competitive informatics, HCP practices/guidelines, established/rising KOLs) through all trusted sources, incl. internet sites, publications, congresses, pro event summaries. Consolidate, analyze, and customize Medical Intelligence to enable innovation/business awareness and decisions according to the needs and expectations of key stakeholders. Provide Medical Writing capabilities for reports, scientific publications and BB communications by coordinating with Medical Communication. Identify and anticipate key medical congresses, evaluate the value and impact, and work closely with Medical Communication to define the must-go events and medical activities. Improve productivity for Medical Intelligence and Writing by using AI enabled tools. Drive the delivery on time and in full of key project milestones. Self-motivated multi-tasks planning with anticipations on given Medical Intelligence and Writing projects.  Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams & global partners – presentation of Medical Intelligence and Writing project status and build technical network. Ensure and respect all company and R&I guidelines, ex. EHS, quality and HCP guidelines. 

. Lead and coordinate transversal missions.
