职位描述

负责贯彻落实国家安全生产、环境管理方针政策、法规以及安全施工操作规程，组织制定工程项目安全生产、环境保护、劳动保护管理制度 负责现场职业健康安全和环境管理工作，推进项目现场安全质量标准化工作，组织制订项目HSE计划并做好落实监督工作 参加编制和审核有关施工方案 监督现场危险性较大（重大危险性）专项施工方案的实施 监督施工组织设计、施工方案中安全技术措施的落实执行 负责组织施工现场安全生产检查和隐患排查、治理，每月对现场施工单位安全生产情况进行评价、考核 负责组织开展危险源辨识评价与监控工作、现场消防管理工作和应急管理体系的建立运行，应急预案演练等工作 负责组织项目人员安全教育培训工作

职位要求

本科及以上学历，工程或管理类相关专业 10年左右项目建设安全经理工作经验，具有工业医药类相关项目经验者优先 熟悉国家有关工程健康安全环境方面的法律法规和建筑施工HSE 技术标准和规范 具有高级注册安全师证书者优先 具有良好的职业素养，极强的敬业精神和工作责任心， 较强的组织管理与沟通协调能力
