The Position:

As our CAE Engineer, you will provide high quality CAE predictions to our customers to support innovative application development in the Automotive, Electronics & Electrical industries. In the Global CAE team, you will be responsible for providing component designs and predictive validations for the automotive and electronics & electrical industries. Close collaboration with our AD/commercial team and customers on a wide variety of applications makes for a dynamic and demanding environment. 

Key Responsibilities

·       Translate customer requirements into application and product requirements.

·       Provide CAE predictions for application developments globally.

·       Professionally communicate results to customers.

·       Build and share knowledge on CAE.

·       Build a deep understanding of customer application and translate this into profitable business opportunities.

·       Work in a global CAE team with various disciplines.

Requirements

The Ideal

·       5 years industry experience in the field of CAE and automotive component development

·       Technical knowledge in structural CAE analysis and plastic production design.

·       Fluent English

·       Good negotiator and convincing to customers and colleagues

·       Technical knowhow on automotive or E&E application

·       Independent/self steering worker.

·       Major in mechanical engineering is preferred
