1. Optimize existing distributors channel,Regional MSO development
2. Maximize market penetration in assigned segments.
3. Support customers by coordinating technical force.
4. Plan, lead and carry out sales activities to achieve sales targets by calling and visiting existing/prospective customers to understand and identify their needs to create a long-term customer supplier relationship in east market.
5. Develop proposal on sales and marketing, technical solutions to customers and ensure account strategy are exploited consistently
6. Collect, research and analyse competitors portfolio

• Strong leadership skills
• Strong strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High ability to influence cross functional teams, high impact and self-confidence
• High ability to convince and inspire people
• 5+ years working experience in refinish coatings, sales experience is a must
