Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships and communications with designated local government organizations in China.
  • Support on political and regulatory analysis, provide development & impact analysis for senior management and internal relevant departments;
  • Maintain and continuously improve company’s position and brand image within the government and regulatory circle to gain support for a smooth business development;
  • Excellent understanding and broad experience of using different tools and channels for effective communications;
  • Manage company data collections, registrations and regulatory submissions as needed;
  • Develop procedures and plans to ensure regulatory compliance, facilitate identification and resolution of regulatory issues and concerns;
  • Organize and/ or participate in key government affairs including meetings between senior management and government officials, courteous visits, business negotiations, government-organized meetings & seminars, events, ceremonies, etc.;
  • Full engage in any type of company crisis and urgent case management to obtain government support thus successfully resolve crisis in a timely manner


Your Skills & Strengths

  • 8+ years’ experience focused on government relationship management in multinational company
  • Familiar with and understand China government organizations
  • Good command of English in both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and analytical thinking skills, mature and with good interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed negotiation skills 
  • Self-initiated and task oriented
  • Good ability to plan, deliver, measure progress and profound problem solving abilities
  • Able to work in a challenging environment
