Senior Internal Communications Specialist

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an Internal Communications Plan to drive understanding of Goodyear’s strategy and priorities in Asia Pacific.
  • Manage employee communications content and channels, including Goodyear NOW, local town halls, employee events, etc.
  • Inspire and enable associates to be ambassadors for Goodyear and its brands by developing tools and content.
  • Work consistently with Employee Resource Groups to encourage and make it easy for associates to share experiences.

 

Experiences:

  • 5+ years of experience in communications or executive assistant role in MNCs.
  • Experience developing and implementing internal communications strategies and integrated campaigns.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written in English.
  • Must be self-directed, task-oriented and reliable.
  • Must have superior writing skills and ability to identify and deliver storytelling/engaging content.
  • Frequent and positive interaction with senior leaders.
  • Ability to be nimble and work in a fast-paced setting that requires multitasking and organization.
