Job Responsibilities:

  • Play a crucial role in enhancing the organization's reputation and managing communication channels effectively.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement on official social media accounts like Weibo and WeChat.
  • Create, curate, and oversee high-quality content (text, images, videos) for social media accounts.
  • Engage with users by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports to guide future strategies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and best practices, particularly on Weibo and WeChat.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in social media management, especially on Weibo and WeChat.
  • Proficient in social media KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Creative thinker with a talent for producing engaging content.
  • Able to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Expertise in gaming peripherals like keyboards, mice, headsets, and accessories.
  • Act as an eSports expert, offering insights on integrating eSports content into social media efforts.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities in the eSports community to boost social engagement.
  • Keep updated on eSports industry trends to ensure competitive content.
