The Amazon Global Logistics team in China comprises a group of seasoned logistics experts, product and program managers, and carrier specialists actively contributing to Amazon's international growth objectives.

We are on the lookout for highly driven individuals interested in revolutionizing the global purchasing, selling, and distribution landscape to join our team in China.

  • Roles & Responsibilities:

As part of this Marketing position, the primary task involves overseeing MQL nurturing and setting up seller automation journeys in social CRM. This encompasses activities like attracting prospects, facilitating onboarding, and running conversion campaigns.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting lifecycle studies and crafting seller journeys: researching effective lead-to-conversion nurturing methods, designing comprehensive nurturing touchpoints, channels, and mechanisms.
  • Nurturing leads to MQL: creating nurturing journeys for leads, establishing channels and campaigns to target the right sellers, and implementing marketing automation in social CRM.

Nurturing MQL to Onboarding: executing automation campaigns to guide MQL to onboarding and promoting seller self-service for onboarding adoption.

Nurturing dormant sellers: identifying dormant sellers in social CRM and reactivating them through automated marketing efforts.

  • Scaling up leads nurturing outcomes and consistently innovating by leveraging social CRM and marketing channels to optimize seller self-service for MQL onboarding and conversion.

We are considering candidates to work from either Shanghai, CHN or Beijing, CHN.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5+ years of Marketing-related work experience.
  • Strong background in Marketing campaigns, encompassing online & offline marketing and market research.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a track record of effectively managing and engaging with external sellers and internal teams to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Data analysis experience and the ability to convey precise insights through articulate market research documentation.
  • Data-driven and process-oriented approach.
  • Adaptability and capability to navigate through uncertainties, conflicting priorities in a multicultural setting.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience with Amazon or other leading e-commerce companies in marketing roles.
  • Experience in MQL nurturing.
