Amazon Global Selling OpportunityThe Amazon Global Selling team has been assisting individuals and businesses in boosting sales and expanding their customer base worldwide. At present, over half of Amazon's total unit sales originate from third-party inventory.
The Global Selling team in China plays a crucial role in enlisting local enterprises to sell on Amazon's 14 international platforms. Their mission includes aiding local Sellers in achieving success and development on the Amazon platform.
Join the PMO TeamOur PMO team is seeking a Senior Content Developer who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and possesses a solid background in training and development. As a content developer, you will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to analyze, design, and craft top-notch training material for diverse learning initiatives catering to Asia-based Global Sellers.You will be pivotal in nurturing a skilled and efficient Asia Seller Education team.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding writing abilities, a profound understanding of cross-border ecommerce realms, and the capacity to simplify technical content for seamless comprehension. Preferably, the candidate will bring experience in training, instructional design, or technical documentation, accompanied by a genuine zeal for continuous learning.
Key Job Responsibilities
  • Immerse yourself in Amazon Global Selling topics to create effective training content, covering areas such as Seller Registration, Product Compliance, Account Health, Global Logistics, and more.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts across Asia to develop accurate and informative training content that aligns with learning objectives.
  • Stay agile and update content promptly to keep pace with product evolutions and policy alterations.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with content stakeholders to outline learning objectives and expectations.
  • Team up with various departments to produce educational materials on Amazon Global Selling subjects for customer enlightenment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of practical non-internship marketing experience
  • Proficiency in utilizing data and metrics to steer enhancements
  • Competency in Excel or Tableau for data analysis and reporting
  • History of formulating and implementing cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns
  • Experience in overseeing and evaluating marketing performance across various channels
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in collaborating with external partners for marketing initiatives
  • Aptitude in presenting proposals to different organizational levels for project buy-in
