With over 50% of unit sales on Amazon coming from third-party selection, the Global Selling team in China is dedicated to recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon's 19 overseas stores and supporting their success and growth.

We are expanding Seller and employee education across Asia and seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Content Manager to lead our dynamic team of content developers.
In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of content for various education programs, ensuring maximum value for learners and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute content strategy to meet learner needs and business goals, staying updated on industry trends.
- Manage a team of content developers, providing guidance and support for team cohesion and productivity.
- Oversee content development roadmap, ensuring timely production of high-quality content and maintaining standards.
- Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various teams to create cohesive and impactful content aligned with Amazon's Selling guidelines.
- Explore and implement new content ideas based on the latest trends and technologies.
About the Team:
The Asia Seller Education team is committed to delivering top-notch education programs to empower Sellers to start and grow their businesses on Amazon globally. We offer diverse learning programs to cater to Sellers' preferences, driving innovation for an optimized Seller experience over time. Our team comprises members with various backgrounds and expertise, collaborating across different locations toward a common Seller Success goal for Asia-based Sellers.
We are currently hiring for positions in Hangzhou, CHN and Shanghai, CHN.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of content management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing content teams with hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills to guide content decisions and resolve issues proactively.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with an eye for detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of cross-border ecommerce landscape and challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and manage relationships effectively.
