The Global Selling team in China focuses on enlisting local companies to vend on Amazon's 19 overseas platforms, while also supporting local merchants' achievements and advancement on the Amazon platform.

We are in search of a proficient Senior Education Content Editor to become part of our energetic crew. The perfect candidate will possess a robust commercial background, alongside exceptional editing and content management skills.
This position entails spearheading content production projects aimed at furnishing local Sellers with top-tier education in their native language, guaranteeing the educational reliability and excellence of our content.
The objective is to render the material appealing and impactful for our target audience.

Responsibilities- Design and establish the educational content framework for vital domains linked to sales on Amazon.
- Collaborate with subject matter specialists, stakeholders, and agencies to conceive and enhance content, adapting it for diverse formats and platforms.
- Fabricate, inspect, and refine educational content for precision, coherence, and engagement, guaranteeing alignment with syllabus criteria and learning objectives.
- Oversee multiple editing initiatives concurrently, ensuring prompt delivery and adherence to editorial standards.
- Propose and implement enhancements in content presentation, configuration, and format to boost learning outcomes.
- Remain abreast of contemporary educational tendencies, curriculum benchmarks, and optimal practices in content editing and creation.
- Monitor and assess content performance data to pinpoint patterns and areas for enhancement, leveraging insights for constant content refinement, heightened learner involvement, and driving downstream business influence.

Shanghai, CHN
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2.5+ years of background in content production and management, or an equivalent position.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English languages, covering grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Ability to articulate complex notions and project status to stakeholders, teammates, and executives, verbally and in writing.
- Project management experience, with a solid record of efficiently managing intricate projects from initiation to culmination.
- Proven expertise and awareness of the transnational e-commerce domain, including the regulatory, logistical, and cultural obstacles of export e-commerce operations.
- Robust analytical skills and problem-solving proficiencies within demanding scenarios.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
- A meticulous eye for detail to assure project outcomes' excellence.
- Proactive in recognizing potential challenges and instigating resolutions.
