Seller Education Program Manager

Amazon Global Selling has been assisting individuals and businesses in boosting sales and expanding their customer base worldwide. Currently, over half of Amazon's total sales derive from third-party offerings.
The China-based Global Selling team focuses on enlisting local businesses to vend on Amazon's 19 international platforms, while also supporting the triumph and advancement of local Sellers on the Amazon platform.
The vision is to become the primary selection for all types of Chinese businesses aiming for global outreach.
Amazon Global Selling seeks an energetic, highly driven Program Manager enthusiastic about developing educational programs for Sellers to join the Seller Success team.
The ideal candidate is excited about interacting with customers and possesses exceptional oral and written communication skills.
As the Program Manager, you will spearhead Seller Education programs in South-East Asia (SEA), aiding them in surmounting business hurdles and attaining lasting success with Amazon.
You will collaborate with a diverse team (both internal & external) to establish success metrics, and implement scalable programs with standard operating procedures (SOPs), with the expectation that these initiatives will accelerate the growth and success of SEA Sellers.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee SEA education program roadmap and strategy development, focusing on Vietnamese, Thai, and other Rest-of-SEA Sellers.
- Devise/monitor success metrics for assessing program effectiveness and business influence.
- Lead agencies and cooperate with internal partners to create SOPs ensuring program scalability and excellence.
- Identify SEA Seller requirements and explore avenues to tackle them by replicating Chinese best practices (programs).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in educational technology and online learning.
We are considering candidates for positions at either of the following locations:
Shanghai, China
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management
- 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration involving tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years of formulating and executing process enhancement initiatives supported by data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in defining program requirements and leveraging data and metrics to drive enhancements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of overseeing end-to-end delivery, and conveying outcomes to top management
- 3+ years of leading process enhancements
- Competence in stakeholder management, managing various stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Skills in establishing processes, project management, and scheduling
