We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Communication Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering customer engagement and sales enablement programs that will enhance our customer relationships and drive business success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead content development, design distribution strategies, and implement omni-channel marketing initiatives to engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operation of our social content platform to proactively engage customers through content marketing, nurturing, and generating demand.
  • Generate sales tools that support our sales team in effectively communicating the benefits of Thermo Fisher Total Solutions.
  • Develop and enhance training programs to improve internal stakeholders' adoption of marketing contents and sales tools.
  • Establish a tracking mechanism to monitor the performance of marketing content and sales tools, optimizing content generation and distribution.
  • Provide support for other strategic marketing programs aimed at improving customer engagement and sales enablement.
  • Support social media platform operation including customer engagement, content development and promotion calendar maintenance.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital, social media, product, or content marketing, preferably in a multinational corporation (B2C/B2B) or top agencies.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to navigate ambiguity and challenges.
  • Strong project management skills and experience.
  • Proficient in digital marketing techniques and a keen interest in exploring new technologies.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Fluent in both business English and Mandarin.
