About the Role:

The position helps development of 3PO in China supporting projects in both co-packing and co-manufacturing. The support is mainly focusing on technical activities, IT systems, costing and project management.

Main Responsibilities:

3PO PROJECT MONITORING

Responsible of:

  • project and meeting monitoring 
  • costing coordination
  • strategic pipeline monitoring

EFFICIENCY AND PERFORMANCE

  • Support project performance evaluation and monitoring with focus on costing, ROI and efficiency.
  • Support implementation of new packaging projects for the part of Automation and Collaborative robotics

MAINTENANCE

  • Support Monitoring of Copackers proper maintenance of packing lines.
  • Monitor maintenance plan for Ferrero asset and assets invested for Ferrero by Third party 

INNOVATION AND SYSTEMS

  • Support and coordinate innovation activities and systems with Office tools, SAP, PowerBi.

MACHINERY

  • Support with third parties and Ferrero in purchase of local machinery, establishing relationship with vendors and testing new equipments at origin.
  • Support Ferrero Central Operations in installing at Copackers imported machinery.
  • Participate to all machinery tests, validate test-run, propose modifications when necessary.
     
Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelor degree(above) in Engineering/IT/Managment or equivalent experience in mass production operation (FMCG/automotive/automation, etc…)
  • 3-5 year experience in 3rd party operation management, with focus of production or experience in automation operation, industrial robotics project management
  • Technical background, project management with a specific focus on Industrialization Projects
  • Fluent English and Mandarin, both oral and written
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, PowerBI development, SAP Automation programming skill is a plus (i.e. Python)
  • Willing to stretch into broader project management activities including both technical and commercial knowledge
  • Result driven, Good communication skill, Strong learning Ability
