Shanghai, China Danaher Corporation Full time

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

· Assist Corporate Communications Lead to build brand strategy and annual brand plan ensuring seamless alignment with corporate business objectives

· Develop and implement innovative and effective brand campaigns to play a lead role in generating Danaher brand awareness in collaboration with communications and marketing colleagues of Operating Companies

· De velop e and manage Danaher brand tools and assets including corporate brochure, corporate deck, videos, posters, image library etc. and provide Danaher brand guidelines trainings and consulting support to ensure brand adherence and adoption requirements are met

· Support social media strategy development and lead its execution, develop engaging content across social media platforms, including WeChat Account, Tencent Video account , and manage Danaher.com.cn and other online platforms

· Support co rporate large-scale tradeshow like CIIE in collaboration with platforms and OpCos to increase awareness of Danaher China

· Actively participates in other activities of the Ex ternal Affairs D epartment to support the achievement of the team's goals

· To execute an internal communications strategy, using innovative channels and technology to reach our internal audiences.

· Lead internal content creation. Develop collateral materials and methods for broader internal stakeholder alignment to help the regional team continually achieve the targets for the shaping and delivery of talking points, intranet articles targeted to various audiences.

· Leverage digital and physical on-site channels to amplify storytelling and measure outcomes and effectiveness of targeting across audiences, including those who do not rely on email and digital channels.

· Maintain demands / requests working to respond to requests regarding internal communications initiatives, including providing communications support to all-hands call, employer brand building activities.

· Assemble and deliver evaluations of metrics on communications activities to demonstrate the effectiveness of internal communications to the wider business.

· Own particular communications projects.

The essential requirements of the job include:

· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations , English Literature, Human Resources, Phycology or a related field and three or more years communications experience.

· 3 years and above working experience in brand or communications field. Working in healthcare industry or agency side is preferred.

· Excellent verbal, written, and visual communications skills in both Chinese and English, storytelling ability in passion and words.

· Solid communication skills with proven experience of delivering strong results, including experience of integration and transition projects.

· Being comfortable speaking to both senior level managers and individual contributors about value, easily switching between high-level and feature/benefit conversations.

· Able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.

· A people person with resilience. Interest in working in large multi-stakeholder organization.
